The Swallow front and rear bike light set is powered by winding, and has two different modes - high power mode and flashing mode.
It is not just a bike light however! When removed from its cradle, it works as an excellent wind-up torch, and also has a DC out, meaning you can plug it into your mobile phone to give it an emergency charge..
Lastly if you don’t want to charge it by winding, you can plug it into any USB socket and it will begin charging.

8 Mins on High Power Mode (Front & Rear)
18 Minutes on High Power Mode (Front Only)
60 Mins on Flashing Mode
2-8 Mins mobile phone talk time.
When fully charged it will last 50 minutes on High Power Mode (Front & Rear)
