Delivery, Returns & Shipping

Standard Delivery

The majority of orders will be dispatched within three working days, but often sooner. 

In the unlikely event the dispatch time will take any longer then this, we will notify you within 24 hours via email.

The method of delivery will vary dependent on the purchase, and will be via either:

i) Royal Mail - Delivered within 3 Working Days

ii) Special Delivery - Delivered in 1-2 Working Days

iii) Courier - Delivered Next Day

 

When your order leaves us, you will receive an email notification to confirm dispatch, and the delivery method used.

 

Standard delivery is just £3.95 on all orders within the UK mainland.

  

Express Delivery

If you need your order in a hurry, then the best thing to do is call the shop on 01273 60 60 77 or email us here.

If the item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch, we may be able arrange next day delivery for £4.95.

 

Where do we deliver to?

At the current time, our orders through the website are for UK mainland delivery only.

If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please call the shop on 01273 60 60 77 and we can process the order over the phone.

 

Returns 

If for whatever reasons you are not happy with your purchase, and would like to return it for a refund, please just follow the below guidelines.

Please notify us here within three days of the order arriving quoting your order reference number. This number can be found on your orders packaging as well your dispatch email confirmation.

Please email us for the reasons for returning the product, or download our returns form here.

From the point you contact us regarding the return, we ask you return the goods to us within 28 days.

All returns must be sent in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We regret we cannot accept any items that have been already assembled.

When your return is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.

Faulty Goods 

In the rare occurrence that your goods are faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will explain the best course of action.

 

Packaging

Like all retail businesses, we accumulate cardboard from our own deliveries. Some of this is collected from our local recycling co-operative magpie. It is however always better to reuse instead of recycle, so we will pack your purchases securely in reused materials.

We encourage you to either reuse or recycle the packaging when it arrives with you!
